Repayment information

  • Where can I find my repayment info?

    You can find all of your repayment information for your Alex personal loan by going to “account details” after clicking/tapping on your loan on the homepage.

  • What do I do if I have missed my loan repayment?

    If you’ve missed a loan repayment, we’ll send you a SMS with details. Transfer money from your nominated bank to your Alex Loan as soon as possible. If you have any issues, feel free to chat to us or call us.

  • How do I change my repayment direct debit?

    If you wanted to change the amount debited from your bank account to your loan, simply chat to us below or call us and we’ll see what is possible.

Statements

  • How often is a statement made available?

    Alex Personal Loans create statements every 6 months. We’ll send you an email when one is available.

  • How do I generate a “proof of balance?”

    If you need an up to date balance/list of transactions to print, click “download transactions” and a PDF with your balance and recent transactions for that account will be generated.

Passwords

  • What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Internet Banking password?

    It’s all good. Just tap the “forgot your password” on the Alex Online login screen and follow the prompts.
